I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time and thank you for the flight scholarship. I am looking forward to spending time at the airport, and getting to know the art of flying that your son loved so much. This ability to fly before commissioning is something that I can’t put a price on as I begin my transition to a possible aviation career, and I thank you for this opportunity. I wish I could have met your son, he seems to have been a great person, someone who greatly influenced the lives of those around him, including my own.
